My friend Adam was driving back from Johor one night after completing his duties. He was heading back to Kuala Lumpur. They say never travel alone at night but Adam doesn’t really care. Adam was really looking forward to his home sweet home although it was late at night and figured out that he could stand the 4-5 hours trip.
As Adam was passing by Yong Peng highway, he suddenly felt his car slightly heavier than usual. Immediately, he thought, “Oh God, please don’t let me car breakdown at this hour, I could be stuck here for some hours”. Adam continued to drive on but at a slower speed. Its not intentionally as he felt that no matter how much pressure he was putting on the gas pedal, the car just would not go any faster than usual. After about an hour passed, Adam felt a little strange. He noticed that the already very little cars along the highway would not overtake his car and if they do, they would passed by really quickly. He also noticed that the cars behind him were acting strangely by flashing at him. Adam ignored the signs and continued the long journey home.

Author’s Note : This is a story told by my colleague who’s boyfriend, Jim, went to stay in a haunted hotel in Guangzhou but never stumbled upon anything unusual.
My boyfriend, Jim, always needed to travel up to Guangzhou, China for business purposes along with some ladies in the same department. Each time they would stay in the same hotel and co-incidentally, each time my boyfriend would stay in the same room. Jim had been traveling and staying in the hotel for some 2 years but nothing unusual happened.
About 2 trips ago, Jim had to bring along an additional male colleague, Fred, who happened to be his first time travelling to Guangzhou. Since Fred’s mum happened to work in the temple, she gave Fred a charm for protection and safe journey. Upon arriving at Guangzhou’s hotel, Jim as usual was checked into the same room as the previous times together with Fred in the same room. The girls on the other hand was staying at the next door.

Its time I’m speaking out. Ever since I’ve started this site, I’ve wanted nothing more than to entertain those who enjoy reading ghost stories as much as I write them (although I admit that I do want to earn some additional income as well).
However, over the past few months I’ve come to realized that most people that have created the same type of “category” as SpookyCorner wants to earn more money than entertaining their readers. Sure, there’s nothing wrong with earning additional cash, but to go down to the low stoops of even plagarizing my work! THIS IS MORE THAN I CAN TAKE! I don’t mind that you copy my stories and quoting my site but taking my work and claiming it as your own is totally unethical and downright dirty. You know who you are.
I don’t say that I do not take information from other sites, but do take note that I ALWAYS QUOTE WHERE MY SOURCES ARE FROM!
To this person(s), kindly be nice and stop copying my work and claiming as your own. Stop plagarizing my work (word for word) or I shall curse you that you will not have any good nights sleep for all the ghosts and devils in the world would come and haunt you.
