Haunted Apartment in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur

January 22nd, 2008

This eerily spooked out story is contributed by Karl

I’ve had many ghost experiences in my life. Though, I still consider myself lucky to have not seen anything first hand, my friends and fellow housemates, on the other hand, were not so lucky.

This was during our college years back in 2003, we had just moved into a condominium unit situated in the hilly areas of Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. The house was the lower most unit of the rows and there was an easy access to the swimming pool. The surrounding area around the swimming pool was heavily dense with trees, plants and bushes or better known as secondary forest.

There were 8 of us living in that unit alone and most of us shared rooms. For the first few days since moving in the condominium in Wangsa Maju, only four of us had moved into the house as the rest were yet to arrive back from their hometowns. Nothing much occured or spooked us out except for the fact that doors opened by themselves even though there wasn’t any wind. That incident did creeped us out but we tried to be logical about it and thought maybe the ground wasn’t level seeing that we were living on a hillside.

Supernatural Hearing Power – Telepathy or Telekinesis

January 9th, 2008

This story was told to me by a friend of mine who’s aunt works as a hairdresser in Puchong. She believed that she possesed te power of telepathy or telekinesis. FYI, telepathy or telekinesis is the ability to communicate,  be it receiving or sending, information through senses.

My aunt opened her saloon for quite sometime ago and not long after that gained a couple of loyal customers. There was one particular loyal customer that she remember very well and it was not only because she frequent her saloon n buys shampoo from her. Mrs X was a very strong religious person carrying pendents of Gods where ever she goes. You see, my aunt was after a while pretty curious about why Mrs X is so peculiar and found out one evening during one of Mrs X’s hair cut session that she could see ghosts. Pangkor Island’s Nightmare

December 13th, 2007

This is a story courtesy from J

About ten years ago while I was studying in college, me and my friends, visited Pangkor Island during our school breaks. There was only the 5 of us -four girls and a guy (and boy, what a lucky guy he was named Z). Z came from Ipoh so he often invited us to go to Ipoh for a vacation. So me and the other three girls, Y, V and B, decided to pay him a visit while he was in Ipoh and planned to go visit Pangkor Island for one night after that. We went Pangkor Island on the 16th of August (the lunar calendar) and arrived early in the morning. After we have reached Pangkor Island, we rent a room that could fit eight people. It is a usual thing for me, that when I checked into a room, I always check the room and look out of the window to see what is out there. It was nothing much really, just bushes and a lot of thees. After we settled down, we took a long walk along the beach and stopped at an area where there a swing was located. Not far from that swing, there was a big rock adjacent from the beach. If you have been to Pangkor Island, you will know which rock I am talking about because there is only ONE rock there!!

So we chatted, swam and fooled around until dinner time. After dinner, we headed out to the beach again which was just in front of our vacation house. We brought along some Japanese lanterns, candles and started to decorating around since the next day was mooncake festival. After that, we play cards and V about that time decided to ask me to tell them some ghost stories. I hesitated to do so and just briefly told them one or two which are not so scary. Then Z suddenly said, “Do you gals know that this place has a real ghost story?” Right after he said that, the wind started to blow and most of our candles were blown off. We lit up the candles again, and Y and B said “Yes, yes, tell us about it!”.
