Yong Peng Highway’s own ghost

This story is a courtesy from SLLChing

My friend Adam was driving back from Johor one night after completing his duties. He was heading back to Kuala Lumpur. They say never travel alone at night but Adam doesn’t really care. Adam was really looking forward to his home sweet home although it was late at night and figured out that he could stand the 4-5 hours trip.

As Adam was passing by Yong Peng highway, he suddenly felt his car slightly heavier than usual. Immediately, he thought, “Oh God, please don’t let me car breakdown at this hour, I could be stuck here for some hours”. Adam continued to drive on but at a slower speed. Its not intentionally as he felt that no matter how much pressure he was putting on the gas pedal, the car just would not go any faster than usual. After about an hour passed, Adam felt a little strange. He noticed that the already very little cars along the highway would not overtake his car  and if they do, they would passed by really quickly. He also noticed that the cars behind him were acting strangely by flashing at him. Adam ignored the signs and continued the long journey home.

Hotel in Guangzhou, China haunted

Wednesday, May 6th, 2009

Author’s Note : This is a story told by my colleague who’s boyfriend, Jim, went to stay in a haunted hotel in Guangzhou but never stumbled upon anything unusual.

My boyfriend, Jim, always needed to travel up to Guangzhou, China for business purposes along with some ladies in the same department. Each time they would stay in the same hotel and co-incidentally, each time my boyfriend would stay in the same room. Jim had been traveling and staying in the hotel for some 2 years but nothing unusual happened.

About 2 trips ago, Jim had to bring along an additional male colleague, Fred,  who happened to be his first time travelling to Guangzhou. Since Fred’s mum happened to work in the temple, she gave Fred a charm for protection and safe journey. Upon arriving at Guangzhou’s hotel, Jim as usual was checked into the same room as the previous times together with Fred in the same room.  The girls on the other hand was staying at the next door.

Ghost in SMK Hillcrest

This post is contributed by Arveent

My friends and I are mischievious little brats and because of that, we do some pretty risky things. You see, last year (when we were all in Form 2), school was slow and very boring. We often find ourselves without a thing to do. So,we did a few things (mostly against the school laws!) to make the boredom go away. One of these things was to go to the allegedly haunted ‘Taman Gajet’ where the scouts and others store their homemade equipments (shoe racks and such). It was perched on a small hill and led to higher ground. As you would have probably guessed by now, this ‘activity’ was against school laws but we, being the thirll-seekers that we are, decided to pay a visit to this exciting new place.
